A Welcome Home Inc (the "Organization"), a Connecticut non-stock corporation with tax-exempt status pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), has developed and maintains awhinc.org (the "Website") to provide prospective donors, third-party service providers, volunteers and partner organizations with information about its mission of providing children of color, and their families, with increased access to our nation's best-performing public schools. The following Terms of Use describes the Organization's understanding with visitors when they visit the Website and/or use the Organization's presentation materials. 

Your use of the Website and the Organization's presentation materials establishes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth hereafter. We encourage you to read the entire Terms of Use as it sets forth our understanding with you when you visit the Website. These terms and conditions have been developed for your protection, as well as that of the Organization.

The Website and any information provided herein is for informational purposes only, and may include factual inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. Information on the Website is provided with the understanding that the Organization is not offering legal or tax advice and/or recommendations thereof. You should never rely on any information on these pages to replace consultations with qualified professionals who better meet your individual needs. 

The Organization appreciates certain uses of the Website, its materials and/or its services, including its name and logo. However, there are limits on the uses, including the use of the Organization's name, its logo, and any links bearing the Organization's name and/or logo. Your use of the Organization's name and logo, and/or links bearing the name and logo, acknowledges A Welcome Home’s exclusive ownership of the name and/or right to use the logo. All use of or goodwill associated with the name, logo, its materials and/or services will inure to the benefit of A Welcome Home and/or its licensors. The logo, materials and/or services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or non-infringement. Use of its materials and/or services provided at the site is solely at your own risk.

Visitors should be aware that, by using, copying and/or downloading materials from the Website, including the Organization's name, logo, or any likeness bearing the Organization's name and the logo, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. Without limiting any other terms or conditions, permission to use the Website and its materials, including the Organization's name and logo and/or links bearing its name and logo, is subject to the following: use of the Organization's name, logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo may not indicate or create the impression that A Welcome Home Inc endorses, approves, sponsors or is affiliated with your organization in any way; use of the Organization's name, logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo may not indicate or create an impression that A Welcome Home Inc will benefit from the sale of any good or service; links bearing the Organization's name, logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo may only be used for the purpose of linking to the Website as designated within the link; any link(s) bearing the name and logo must always actively link to the Website; the Organization's name, logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo may not be altered in any manner or otherwise distorted; the Organization's name, logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo may not appear more prominently than that of that site's respective owner; and the Organization's name, logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo may not appear on any websites that contain content or images of alcoholic products, tobacco, narcotics, pornography, political or religious material, and/or firearms.

It is inappropriate to use the Website, the Organization's materials, including its name and logo or any likeness bearing the name and logo, for illegal, inappropriate, and/or obscene purposes, or in support of such activities.

The Organization reserves the right to make changes to the information and/or license provided herein at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping up with any subsequent changes. This agreement shall be governed by federal and Connecticut state law.
