You will always understand how your donation supports our mission, and funds will never be redirected without clear communication.

2. The right to transparency.

You may request and receive information about our finances, governance, mission impact, and organizational policies at any time.

3. The right to clear, honest communication.

You will receive accurate, timely information about our work, results, and needs—including updates on programs you support.

4. The right to privacy.

Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared. You may choose to give anonymously.

5. The right to choose how often you hear from us.

We honor communication preferences and will adjust email, mail, or phone contact according to your wishes.

6. The right to ask questions—and receive prompt, truthful answers.

We will respond to donor inquiries with clarity, honesty, and respect.

7. The right to respectful engagement.

You will be treated with dignity and without pressure or obligation. All fundraising practices will be ethical and responsible.

8. The right to see the impact of your generosity.

We will provide meaningful updates that show how your support is making a difference.

9. The right to responsible stewardship.

Your gift will be managed with care, efficiency, and accountability, with strong oversight from our board of directors.

10. The right to remove yourself from any mailing or outreach list.

We will honor opt-out requests promptly and completely.
